What Causes Tip Failure?
Several factors can contribute to spray tip failure:- Clogged strainers or spray tip
- Excess or low boom pressure
- Worn spray tips
- Incorrect overlap
- Damaged spray tips
- Incorrect height
How It Works
To use the 34' x 46' Pattern CheckTM lay it flat below the spray tips. After spraying on Pattern Check'sTM corrugated surface, raise it to a vertical upright position. The ball indicators will then rise in the captured fluid to indicate levels of distribution.
