• I actually just measured. Its exactly 23.8 on the dot. This is my center monitor, next to 2 Acer H236hl's. The interesting part is that the shell itself is almost exactly the same size as my 23' side screens. But they did a great job maximizing real estate in order to minimize screen area loss. The black border on this RO model is exactly 60% thicker on my H23s. So that's how they were able to rate it at 23.8'. They decreased standard border size to almost zero, or close to. I think these monitors, stacked as dual or trio combo would look amazing! I hope this helps : )

• It only comes with a VGA cable. To me that's the only con with this monitor, other than that this is a fantastic monitor for the $.

• On the back it says power rating: 19V ~1.3A sorry you asked for watts but it doesn't specify so i won't either. LOVE the monitor though (especially for this price) and would recommend as long as you know it's not really adjustable. gotta prop things under if you want the angle adjusted.
• It is difficult to find this information for this particular monitor however the average 22-24 LCD is going to use 30-35 watts while on and .5 watts in standby.

• The monitor does not have speakers built-in. I would suggest purchasing some inexpensive external speakers or using headphones (depending on what you want to use the monitor for) since this is otherwise a great item.

• Yes there is. These monitors are absolutely gorgeous, you will not be disappointed. My only suggestion would be buying a few large books (old encyclopedia's?) to get them closer to eye level.

• That monitor does has tilt functionality range from -5° - 15° according to the documentation. It could possibly be stiff since it is brand new, we advise caution.
